Falling over while standing straight

Great news!  My retina has re-attached.  I can now try to stand up like a normal bipedal mamal.  Unfortunately, I have been at a 45 degree angle for so long that I get severe vertigo when trying to sit up straight.  This is going to be a bit comical for a while.
