Notes on life
Several of my friends and I have made a pact to pay attention to life going on around us. We are taking Zach Braff's advise and writing down interesting happenings to one day use in our lucrative screenplays. Here begins my list.
1. while ordering food at Deny's, the waitress explains that it will be a minute before she can take our orders because she must have dropped her pen, "while tying up the car."
2. An oncologist reluctant to lose his beloved golden retriever to cancer administers the best love he knows: kemotherapy. The dog now wearily makes his rounds around the home as an intimidating bald hulk.
3. A quiet store clerk finds an anonymous notebook with four instructions for life: (See Laura's Blog for details).
