Stable - no better, no worse

Well, I'm going back to work on Monday.  The shadow is stable, and doesn't look like it will change any time soon.  I will just have to watch it for the next few months to be sure it doesn't get worse.

Right now, the shadow is on the outer edge of my vision.  If it creeps towards the middle, I will have to go in for an emergency procdure called a SCLERAL BUCKLE.

If the shadow crosses the middle completely, I may go blind permanently in that eye.  I refuse to let that happen, so I'll keep a good eye on my eye.

Fill her up Doc

I still have a shadow.

The doc decided to inject more gas and freeze more retina.  I have bloody gummy bear eye again.  No pain this time (though even the sound of the machine makes me twitchy).

I have become addicted to the show Bones which plays in marathon daily on TNT.  I love the relationship between the main characters.  I think I may have seen at least 3/4 of the first four seasons while lying on my side on my parents' couch.
